Understanding Group and Leader

Recently at Hyper we had the privilege of attending a UGL – Understanding Group and Leader - course. The course is one week long, is considered extremely valuable and the most attended leadership program.

Among other things the course helps you evolve your leadership and understand how people work both as individuals and when placed in groups.

The following quote is from gallofsta.se:

  • UGL gives you an increased understanding of how group dynamics affect results.
  • UGL will show you how leadership styles should be adapted to the group's maturity stage and specific tasks, in order to create an effective and positive working environment.
